Tom Castriota
Owner/Operator
Tom Castriota grew up in the car business. His family still owns a Chevrolet store in Pittsburgh, PA. Tom opened his first dealership after leaving active duty in the Marine Corps in 1979. He eventually moved to the west coast of Florida where, in 1993, he acquired the dealership that would eventually become Castriota Chevrolet. From that exciting day, his Chevrolet dealership has grown to become one of the largest and most successful dealerships on Florida's west coast.
Tom retired from the Marine Corps Reserves as a Lt. Col. in 2001. In mid 2006 Tom was recalled to the Marine Corps and in December, 2006 after re-training in Camp Lejeune, NC, he deployed to Baghdad, Iraq where he served as the J-3 OPS/LNO to MNF-1 with the Multi-National Security Transition Command - Iraq. Tom served for six months in Baghdad helping train the Iraqi Defense Forces to become more and more self-sufficient.
He returned home in June of 2007 where he can be found today back behind his desk at the Dealership. Semper Fi Tom!
