AMAZING. From start to finish, Castriota really cares about their customers, or as they call them, their family. Carol, my salesperson, is so sweet and kind. She made sure that I had everything I need and that the experience was smooth. She was genuinely excited for me. Rob, the Financial Manager, was very nice and very knowledgeable. Made signing the papers run! Alex, the GM, along with Tom and Anita, the owners, are the absolute best. They set a tone, from a leadership perspective, that instills Family, Faith and Kindness. They are amazing in everything they do and their dealership is on full display with these amazing attributes. I know there are a lot of choices when it comes to buying a vehicle. Biggest isn't always the best. Castriota is proof of that. Thank You Castriota for the absolute best new car buying experience!

From start to finish, this dealership is hands down the best in town. Salesman Charles is awesome, very knowledgeable of the vehicle's I was purchasing. The service department and the staff all wee amazing! We had our car convertible top serviced and while we were there bought a new car and drive it home! Once they figured out what was wrong with the top they called to check in and within a few days picked it up!

I came in not sure if I wanted to trade in my car but I was definitely open to the idea. Bill was really great and after test driving the vehicle I thought I might like, he showed me the 2025 Chevy Trax RS in a gorgeous shade of blue that caught my eye. The entire experience after test driving was fantastic, they worked with me to get a reasonable payment and got me introduced to everyone in different departments. bought camaro on new year's eve. car & trunk have a barn smell. i asked salesman larry what smell was; "i don't know." i said is it possible they cleaned car with something that smells like that. larry replies "yes," who in their right mind wld do that? i feel i was lied to! per paper work the air & cabin filter were previously replaced so why wld car have a barn smell. so i return car to have squeaky brakes & smell issue addressed. tech sprayed frigi freeze into ac system to resolve smell. jury still out on that one. today is the last day of 10 days to to return car & purchase another vehicle from dealership. i do not like dealership's inventory. i like the Camaro, a beautiful piece of machinery & per research is rated in the top 5 of j d power plus other review sites as a very dependable,reliable vehicle. however i don't want a car with a barn smell, i feel it is unfair dealership to not give me additional time to be sure chemical they sprayed will remove barn smell. i will call dealership today to talk with a mgr.

returned a 2022 used camaro. bought a new trailblazer. this experience was more pleasant & smoother than previous. salesman,thomas was polite,knowledgable & efficient(only had to get sales mgr one time). terry,sales mgr was patient with my misunderstanding re a finance concern. rob,finance mgr was pleasant,efficient & entertaining. although i am a sport car person & did want a camaro it is not in the cards at this time. perhaps in the future. meanwhile i like my new vehicle. we are in the acceptance & bonding process:)

I did not bring my vehicle in only for service; the brakes were also repaired, and a considerable amount was paid. During a previous visit, I was told that the pump needed to be replaced, but when I returned, the dealership did not have the part available. Despite the cost of the service and repairs, the vehicle was returned to me dirty, without any basic cleaning or wash, which was disappointing.

Was a week before they were able to look at, I understand that it was a holiday week but even still I would have thought a brand new 2026 vehicle would with less than 5000 miles on it would have gotten a little more priority as it doesn't bode well for the product. I understand things happen but even still. I would have thought just for my troubles of waiting, the vehicle would have been washed, topped off with gas. Luckily I had a second vehicle to use during that time as the dealership had no loaners except an EV. Personal were very friendly and did apologize for the delay.

My vehicle has already been serviced, but my overall experience has been very disappointing. Initially, I brought it in for a routine service, and it was returned with an issue in the water system, which later required a water pump replacement. Afterwards, I brought it in for brake service, and it came back with a new problem involving the sensors, as well as a missing seatbelt cover. It is important to note that these issues did not exist before I brought the vehicle in for service. Additionally, on both occasions, the vehicle was returned without being washed. Due to this experience, I have taken my vehicle back and have decided not to return to this service location.

I brought my 2024 Danali EV in because the leather on the driver's seat has a wear mark. I checked the forums and found this to be common. I am the only driver and the seat was not abused. I went to Coastal where I bought the truck. They wanted me to make an appointment to leave it so they could determine if it was covered. 45 minute drive back and forth for a 20 minute inspection was unacceptable. I bright it to your service dept and Nick looked at it, took photos and filed the claim. Nick did an excellent job as it took a total of about 10 mins and I was on my way. The 4 stars is because of GM's response. They would share the cost and my share was $245. Coincidentally the same amount an upholsterer would charge me. After spending $100k for a truck this is an insult to my intelligence. While I was there I expressed interest in an ERay. Please tell the sales person I am no longer interested. This will be my last GM product. My Bentley was 6 years old and I had the dealer put a new convertible top on it. The dealer botched the install. After one call to Bentley they replaced the inter top and mechanism. A $25,000 repair at no cost to me. I still own a Bentley and always will.

The process went smoothly, but not as fast as I would have liked due to a few team members handling multiple deals / sales at the same time. DJ was friendly, but distracted. He could've made the process more efficient if he had asked if I had Supplier Discounts or other promotions from the beginning, avoiding some of the notorious back and forth with the Sales Manager exchanges that are the most annoying part of car buying. Even once paperwork was underway, they didn't detail the new vehicle and remove stickers, which took an additional 45mins once keys were handed over and paperwork was done. Also, DJ said he would call me on Monday (we purchased the car on Saturday) to set up the OnStar and other features, but he never called. I reached out to the dealership on Tuesday to ask for his contact info and for him to reach out to me, but no response. I ended up contacting OnStar myself to get the vehicle fully set up.

I was told I would have a loaner that's an equivalent to what I drive. I received several text messages and calls confirming this. However, when I showed up at the dealership, the guy said he knew nothing about it and they would just have to see what they had. I received a base model chevy Silverado, that is no where near an equivalent as I drive an ELECTRIC vehicle..... then was told I was 100% responsible for any gas used - how is that an equivalent??

I brought my car back in sometime in March because the air conditioner was not working. Kathy Davidson showed me that I just wasn't setting it correctly. This worked on and off (mainly on) for about a month or so. Then, I didn't have any A/C whatsoever. I called Kathy back and she informed me that the first opening was a week later. We took it in only to find out they couldn't get to it for another day. We got a courtesy ride home then found out later that we could get a loaner. A new Silverado. They sent someone to pick us up. The lady (not Kathy) in service did a walk around to make sure there was nothing wrong. My wife walked around, without her, and didn't see anything either. We drove staight home and didn't move the truck until we drove straight back to the Dealership the next day when our car was ready. Someone came in and said there was a scratch on the side panel. Again, my wife went out to see it and didn't see anything. They pointed out a faint, surface scratch the was barely visible. But yes, there was something - with we both believe that was there the day we signed the rental agreement (although we didn't see anything. The truck went about 30 miles - to our home and back. We parked it on the driveway in front of our garage. No other cars around. Kathy explained that they would have to get someone from the body shop to inspect it. Four days later we got a call saying we owed $280. To say we were frustrated is an understatement. Of course the person from your place said there was no scratch the day before. My wife didn't see it either day until it was pointed out to her when she did saw it upon returning it. We liked Castriota and loved working with Kathy. But we will NEVER come back. Very sad. OUr biggest regret was that we simply didn't Uber home at our own cost. It would have saved us $250 - at least. We'll buy another Chevy - But not from Castriota. I go a oil change today. But not from Castriota.

I was going to see if I could get a really good deal on a Trax. I was not optimistic. I was very wrong about that assumption. I shopped for 2 other car brands and could not get what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Here at Castriota, it was as if they read my mind. The car I wanted and the financing deal I wanted was attainable. I'm delighted with the deal and the people that made it happen.
