AMAZING. From start to finish, Castriota really cares about their customers, or as they call them, their family. Carol, my salesperson, is so sweet and kind. Made signing the papers run! Alex, the GM, along with Tom and Anita, the owners, are the absolute best. They set a tone, from a leadership perspective, that instills Family, Faith and Kindness. They are amazing in everything they do and their dealership is on full display with these amazing attributes. I know there are a lot of choices when it comes to buying a vehicle. Was a week before they were able to look at, I understand that it was a holiday week but even still I would have thought a brand new 2026 vehicle would with less than 5000 miles on it would have gotten a little more priority as it doesn't bode well for the product. I understand things happen but even still. I would have thought just for my troubles of waiting, the vehicle would have been washed, topped off with gas. Luckily I had a second vehicle to use during that time as the dealership had no loaners except an EV. Personal were very friendly and did apologize for the delay.

bought camaro on new year's eve. car & trunk have a barn smell. i asked salesman larry what smell was; "i don't know." i said is it possible they cleaned car with something that smells like that. larry replies "yes," who in their right mind wld do that? i feel i was lied to! per paper work the air & cabin filter were previously replaced so why wld car have a barn smell. so i return car to have squeaky brakes & smell issue addressed. tech sprayed frigi freeze into ac system to resolve smell. jury still out on that one. today is the last day of 10 days to to return car & purchase another vehicle from dealership. i do not like dealership's inventory. i like the Camaro, a beautiful piece of machinery & per research is rated in the top 5 of j d power plus other review sites as a very dependable,reliable vehicle. however i don't want a car with a barn smell, i feel it is unfair dealership to not give me additional time to be sure chemical they sprayed will remove barn smell. i will call dealership today to talk with a mgr.
